Child Safety
When we talk child safety, we often think about electrical outlet covers, door protectors and stair blockers. We teach our children to look both ways before crossing the street, how to dial 911 in the event of an emergency. We say take your vitamins, eat right, sleep enough, and brush your teeth. We do everything to keep them from harm. But when it comes to child abduction, the most we say is don't talk to strangers. Stranger danger describes the danger to children presented by someone they don't know. This phrase is intended to sum up the danger associated with the malevolent threat presented by unknown adults. The phrase has found widespread usage and many children hear it or similar advice during their childhood lives. Many books, films, and public service announcements have been devoted to helping children remember this advice.

Upgraders
If you are an experienced Joomla! 1.5 user, this Joomla site will seem very familiar. There are new templates and improved user interfaces, but most functionality is the same. The biggest changes are improved access control (ACL) and nested categories. This release of Joomla has strong continuity with Joomla! 1.7 while adding enhancements.
